Our Services are designed for use by children; however, we do not collect Personal Data directly from children. In addition, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16, in accordance with applicable U.S. state privacy laws that impose heightened protections for minors.
If we become aware that a child has provided Personal Data to us without the involvement or consent of their parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe that a child has provided Personal Data to the Company through the Services, please contact us here so that we can take appropriate action.
Our practices are intended to comply with the GDPR, COPPA and with applicable U.S. state privacy laws governing the collection, use, and disclosure of minors’ Personal Data.
